The urban loft bed is a great choice if you are looking to up date your child's bedroom with a space saving refreshing new look. This loft bed offers plenty of space beneath.It has a fix ladder ladder that can be placed either end .
The desk and the bookcase under the city loft bed is available and is sold separately .
City Loft bed comes with with fix ladder at the foot end and
full size safety rail front of the bunk , wall side safety rail is optional.

Please choose the ladder option A or B when ordering
Ladder position A ( Left Side - same as main picture ) , Position B (Ladder on the right hand side )
You can choose ladder between the headboard and the side brace ( please look at white loft bed picture ) or ladder to the floor. Ladder to the floor comes down at 600mm angle .
Please note that overall height of this unit is available in two different sizes.
Regular size 1750mm for standard stud ceiling 2400 h (underneath space height from the floor 1280mm)
Loft Height size 2010mm for high ceiling (underneath space height from the floor 1550mm)
Mattress is available is sold separately.
Self assembly with clear easy to follow instructions.
