We accept Master and Visa cards payments through our secure web store and also over the phone. We also accept direct bank deposits/internet banking and cheques.Order paid for cheque will be dispatched upon cheque clearance.

All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars (NZ$),and include Goods and Services Tax( GST).
Your goods can be collected directly from Urban kids furniture store or sent to you via courier or furniture delivery company (depending on size & weight of items ordered) Freight is calculated depending on the number of items ordered.Furniture items are send via Furniture freight companies and items charged per cubic measurements .

Please choose carefully as we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase .
Return & Refunds Policy
We would like our customers to be satisfied with purchases they make with Urban Kids. if you are not satisfied with your purchase we welcome your return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of the original order date as long as the following criteria are met;
A-Please ensure all items are returned unused.
B-Items has not been assembled in whole or in part.
C-Items in the condition in which it was sent to you,the item is in its original package.
Remember to include your details.We will notify you as soon as we receive the product and will provide you with a credit note to be used within six months.Any courier problems, should be notified within 24 hours of delivery, by email or phone. We will replace or credit any transit breakage. Any replacements are subject to stock availability. No refunds on freight charges.
If you take delivery of an item and the contents are damaged or item is faulty, you should advice Urban Kids by email or phone as soon as possible and always not later than 3 days following receipt by you of the item. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act.
Is there a warranty?
Urban kids NZ made furniture comes with a 5 year structural and workmanship guarantee as testimony to the quality and longevity of our range . Urban Kids warranty does not cover general wear and tear or damage caused by the product not being used in accordance to the safety policy below.

Stock And Supply
Market conditions outside of our control may affect the supply and cost of product. If some of the items in your order are out of stock we will contact you so you can decide if you want to ship the available items immediately,or wait until all items are in stock and the order can be shipped complete.You will not be charged any extra delivery costs for this.
